“You learn to read people instantly. You learn how to build trust quickly.”

I’ve been obsessed with beauty for as long as I can remember.

My grandmother lived with us and helped raise me. She was gloriously vain in the best way — lipstick before coffee. She didn’t think beauty was superficial; she believed it was armor. Watching her taught me early that presentation isn’t about ego. It’s about confidence. It’s about how you enter a room.

I grew up with very progressive yet protective immigrant parents, in a household where sex and anatomy were never taboo. We talked openly. That comfort discussing insecurity, identity, and desire began long before I knew it would become my profession.

Academically, I leaned toward math and science, especially biology. I earned my Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University, thinking medical school was my future. But after shadowing physicians, I realized what truly drew me wasn’t surgery — it was the intersection of anatomy, aesthetics, and subtle transformation.

I applied to accelerated nursing programs, with Columbia as the dream. When I wasn’t accepted the first time, I enrolled elsewhere but quickly realized I was burned out from years of pushing forward without pause. Living at home, I slipped into depression and left the program just months in. It felt like everything I had built collapsed at once.

The years that followed were humbling. I worked retail while aggressively pursuing science roles, hearing no more often than yes. Ironically, retail became one of the most formative experiences of my career. You learn to read people instantly. You learn how to build trust quickly. You learn that confidence is something you practice, not something you assume.

“One of my mentors there encouraged me to reconsider nursing, reminding me that setbacks weren’t failures — they were simply round one.”

Eventually, I transitioned into the beauty world, where I discovered how deeply aesthetics influences identity. Later, I moved into a role at Columbia Business School’s Entrepreneurship Center — an experience that became an education far beyond any formal curriculum. Sitting in rooms with founders, investors, and entrepreneurs gave me a front-row seat to how ideas become companies. It was an MBA in entrepreneurship without the tuition.

One of my mentors there encouraged me to reconsider nursing, reminding me that setbacks weren’t failures — they were simply round one. I reapplied to Columbia, this time with more clarity and self-awareness, and was accepted into the accelerated Master’s/DNP program.

During my training, I worked under InjectorZoe, gaining hands-on experience in anatomy, injection technique, and the realities of aesthetic medicine. After becoming a registered nurse, I joined Bespoke Surgical under Dr. Evan Goldstein, where I helped build their aesthetics business while immersing myself in clinical observation — surgeries, consultations, and complex cases. It was during this time that I learned the technique for anal Botox, which I later refined into HoleTox® — an adjusted protocol designed to improve comfort and outcomes.

Through Dr. Goldstein, I was introduced to Dr. Michael Werner, a Sexual Health Urologist and Fertility Specialist and the founder of Maze Men’s Sexual Health. There, I observed thousands of patients navigating erectile dysfunction, hormone therapy, and fertility challenges. I saw firsthand how psychological sexual health can be — and I also saw the consequences of poor enhancement procedures. Patients arrived with botched filler, irregular grafting, and failed surgical attempts. It became clear there was enormous demand for refined, non-surgical solutions delivered with precision and artistry.

“I’ve focused on elevating the standard of male aesthetics — bringing intelligence, nuance, and artistry into a space that has long lacked all three.”

I launched Lushful Aesthetics part-time while still working clinically elsewhere, eventually stepping away to focus fully on my practice — one of the most terrifying decisions of my life. With no investors and no safety net, I sought advanced training in penile filler techniques before evolving my own methodology focused on proportion, technique, and natural results.

GirthFill™, ScroFill®, and HoleTox® were born from that work — not as trends, but as thoughtful solutions to real clinical and aesthetic needs. GirthFill™ focuses on aesthetic penile proportion, not just volume. ScroFill® was inspired after observing testosterone-related testicular atrophy and recognizing the lack of a meaningful aesthetic solution. HoleTox® redefined anal Botox as a comfortable, functional, and preventive medical procedure.
As word spread, demand accelerated. Patients began traveling from across the country, many seeking revisions after negative experiences elsewhere. My approach is intentional and artistic — what many now know as the InjectorChris difference.

Today, Lushful Aesthetics is recognized as a leader in non-surgical male enhancement and sexual function procedures. But the work extends beyond procedures. It sits at the intersection of psychology, masculinity, confidence, and modern identity.

Through clinical practice, education, and media, I’ve focused on elevating the standard of male aesthetics — bringing intelligence, nuance, and artistry into a space that has long lacked all three.

Sexual aesthetics is evolving.
And I intend to keep shaping where it goes next.
